Transforming Communities is a 4-week, cohort-based community education and action program designed to strengthen housing stability, civic leadership, and long-term neighborhood stewardship. Grounded in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the program recognizes that sustainable community change begins with safety and stability and grows toward leadership, collective action, and legacy.
Participants complete a guided workbook that becomes a personalized community action plan, equipping residents to engage with housing systems, land use strategies, and local decision-making processes.
